1️⃣ PRE-ORDER (30th September): Order your calibration session before 30th September 2022 to pay €240 instead of the standard price of €390.

2️⃣ LAST DAY TO PARTICIPATE (25th October): The last day to participate in this session is 25th October 2022. After this date, the session will be closed, and new orders will not be accepted.

3️⃣ ACCEPTANCE OF INSTRUMENTS (31st October): The instruments should receive by RADONSTAR laboratory no later than 31st October 2022. The monitors arriving later than this date will not be included in this session.

4️⃣ CALIBRATION PROGRAM: Received Instruments will be controlled to meet all the requirements, and the calibration program will start.

5️⃣ SERVICE OF RETURN INSTRUMENTS: If you choose our Service of Return Instruments, your monitor will be shipped as soon as the session concludes. Otherwise, you need to manage the shipment as soon as you receive our email.

6️⃣ CALIBRATION CERTIFICATE: You will receive the calibration certificate(s) by email within two working days from the end of the calibration program.

3️⃣ RICEZIONE DEGLI STRUMENTI DI MISURA (31 Ottobre): Gli strumenti devono essere consegnati al laboratorio RADONSTAR entro e non oltre il 31 ottobre 2022. Gli strumenti pervenuti dopo tale data non saranno inclusi in questa sessione di taratura.

4️⃣ ACCETTAZIONE DEGLI STRUMENTI DI MISURA: Al ricevimento degli strumenti saranno effettuate verifiche di funzionamento prima dell’inizio dei test di taratura.

5️⃣ SPEDIZIONE: Se hai scelto il nostro metodo di spedizione assicurato, il tuo strumento verrà spedito automaticamente non appena la sessione di taratura si conclude. In caso contrario, devi gestire ritiro dello strumento non appena ricevi la nostra email.

6️⃣ RAPPORTO DI TARATURA: Riceverai i rapporti di taratura via e-mail entro due giorni lavorativi dalla fine del programma di taratura.
